Personal Swimming Instruction around Henley

Water safety is an area every parent (and anyone living near the River Thames) has concerns about.

Alex Bradbury is an ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher. She has 25 years experience in competing in competitive swimming events and experience of teaching 4 week old babies to swim through to older generations and those with special needs.

All teaching for children follows ASA current guidelines and recommendations of the National Learning plan for swimming.

Adult teaching is much more specific depending on clients requirements. This can vary from clients wanting to improve their stroke technique or endurance for events such as triathlons to someone simply wanting the confidence to get into a pool on their summer holiday without feeling afraid

Alex is available to teach during school hours on a 1:1 basis in private pools in the Henley on Thames area.

Each lesson is half an hour long and costs £18.
